we create an individual file on your needs as a customer. In this file we keep all notes and specifications from each email or conversation, as well as photographs of each doll we create for you. This specialized customer service greatly helps us serve you with accuracy on this order- and with your orders of the future. Please keep us informed with any impertenant information regarding the layout which you will be using these doll die cuts for, as this will be beneficial to you as a customer when we can help you with designing recomendations and layout suggestions.
