Most of our work is custom made for you. All products are created by hand to be a one of a kind heirloom you can pass down through generations. We will work with you throughout the process and do our best to meet or exceed your expectations. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds/returns. We do not maintain an inventory for our retail items, but place orders for their creation after we have received an confirmed order from you. This way we can offer you Quality Die Cut Dolls- customized to your specifications. As a Rule All Sales are Final. Be Rest Assured - Your Complete Satisfaction is Guaranteed.

Order Cancelation: 

If you need to cancel your order, this can be done at anytime up until you have provided confirmation approval to begin creation of your die cut doll order. Email us if you need to discuss your order at any time. We will work with you to fix any issue you may have, although Scrappin'Tales will not be responsible for any incoming or outgoing Postage Fees after the intial sale.
